We enjoyed our time at this hotel. It was in a great location for accessing so much of Quebec City. We had little interaction with the management, but what we had was good. When considering this hotel, one should know that it is in a very old building, so the rooms are relatively small and may have some "quirks", such as a floor that slants. Clean, comfortable, cute, and historic, it was a treat to stay at Manoir sur le Cap! In a central location, right across from the Chateau Frontenac and near the river, it was easy to communicate about booking, arrival and departure. We would certainly stay here again!

Very poor accommodations. Room was very noisy, including air conditioner and refrigerator. Fan shook violently when turned on. You could easily hear people upstairs walking. Hotel had no soundproofing, unable to sleep. Bathroom sink had large crack and was very slow to drain. Handle on shower door very loose. Solution from hotel was that we should shut loud refrigerator and shut air conditioning, ...

Great service upon check-in to this charming spot right in the centre of everything. On a quiet street, so there wasn't much noise, the room was exactly as pictured with high ceilings, exposed brick and wood-hewn joists, with an updated bathroom. Manoir sur le Cap is a charming hotel in an excellent location. My room was advertised as being "small" and it most certainly was, with just a bed and a dresser. I would not recommend this size of room for a couple or a family, but for a solo traveller it was fine. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom clean. I appreciated that the room had a mini fridge and I loved the balcony. ...
