I had heard amazing things about this place, and some reviews here made me on the fence. We absolutely loved our stay. We had a double queen room. Hotel Quebec is not an awful hotel, but the pictures and website do not accurately reflect the quality of the hotel. First things first, this is clearly a hotel meant to be child friendly, so I would absolutely not recommend it for anyone without a child. Disappointing & disgusting. Screaming kids and babies all night. Strong chlorine smell in the enclosed palm tree, pool area and basement games area. The room photographed well, but don't be fooled. I had high expectations for this hotel and they unfortunately all fell short. Furniture in the room is in bad condition (nasty stain on desk chair, sofa arm doesn't even have material on it left because it's so used up, piece of metal supposed to hold the ceiling in the bathroom keeps falling down). Don’t come here if you want peace and quiet. This is a for families with kids. Good ambiance nice music. Pool is perfect temperature. Rooms are cozy with fireplace. My 7 year old daughter loved it here!!!
