We had a large suite on the 8th floor with full amenities, amazing view and an uber comfortable bed which left us wanting for nothing. We looked down right onto one of the old city fortification walls so location was excellent to access new and old Quebec. Staff were pleasant. This is not a true 5 star hotel, it is a 3 star hotel at best. We stayed in the nicer room that included a large balcony and king bed. -You need to change elevator once and walk across the hotel in order to exit the building. I was on the second floor and it took 5 minutes to exit. This is incredibly dangerous in case of emergency. -Lack of basic amenities. The hotel did not offer hair shampoo, ...
