No free parking.( which is understandable as its a busy city) No microwave in the room. Asked where I could get some water/fill my water bottle, they said they don’t have any.. Wasn’t helpful at all. We were not asked how our stay was at checkout, otherwise we would have shared this then. We found the staff’s behaviour overall unfriendly and not helpful. The hotel has no parking and the one they recommend is 2 blocks away. You’d have to take your luggage there yourself as it’s almost impossible to park in front of the hotel to take your luggage out…every car behind you waiting will honk at you...
