Room is excellent. The garden rooms are to be recommended. They overlook the pool with their own patio but totally quiet in the room. It’s like being in the Caribbean. It’s my first stay at this hotel and certainly the last. I had terrible nights: bed and pillows very old and not matching a 4 star quality. There are no blackout curtains when the light is on all night from the pool. The pool and jacuzzi are small and the instructions about age for the spa are not respected or watched. Hello I just want to thank the team for the warm welcome. It was great to stay at hotel palace Royal. My kids enjoy a lot mainly the pool. Location is excellent. A special thanks to the receptionist( I don't know exactly his name) for have helping me to extend my stay for 1 more night. Hoping to come back and see you all soon.

Excellent hotel, location is right by center of Old Quebec City. Room was spacious and clean. Toilet would not flush, but they fixed while we were out. Bartender and bar manager on Wednesday August 6 were outstanding. We have a special needs adult, and they went above and beyond in getting him celery and carrots which he loves.
