We bought a package with Tuango, we changed rooms for a fee. The people at reception were amazing. Polite, helpful, well spoken and patient. Room 309. Wonderful. We ate at the restaurant. Both dinner and breakfast were amazing. We'll go back

Hotel Maurice went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms were large and beautiful, the restaurant and bar were fantastic and the location was unbeatable. But the absolute best part of the hotel was Maxime!! He made us feel so welcome and we looked forward to seeing his face everyday. I would come back here just to see Maxime again. We will 100% be back.

Nice room and good location. Like the other bad reviews we had issues with the noise during the night. We also had to close all the curtain for privacy. A smart switch was blinking non stop and the balcony had a very bright light all night. Valet was very nice and the breakfast was good.

Stayed here for one night, the room was bougie, big, cozy and clean, and location was great (close to pubs, restaurant, not too far from old QC), we walked everywhere. We didn't have a view from the window as we stayed on the second floor, but that didn't bother us. Under the hotel there is a vibrant restaurant, the noise wasn't that loud to bother us either for going to bed. Staff were attentive ...

Hôtel Maurice is undoubtedly one the best hotels to stay at in Quebec City! Every single staff member when above and beyond to make my husband’s milestone birthday a memorable one. The ambiance, food and live entertainment at the hotel restaurant was exceptional! We will definitely return!!
