Hotel Manoir Victoria (solo trip)

Layout poorly designed. I would not recommend it for senior or wheelchair. Late check-in despite a guarantee told. Anenities are not up to date. Overall, the location is great, but it feels more like they've put all their funds for the "good look" more than quality/service. I would recommend it if you pay under 200$ per night. That would be its worth price!

Great location and walkable distance to major attractions. The elevator was not working for our entire stay, with no visual attempts to resolve this. Lovely hotel and a very warm welcome from Bernard. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable and well equipped. Location is really good right on the doorstep of everything in the old town. Only downside to consider are the steps at the front entrance to the hotel.

We are very impressed with the hotel and our room. The hotel is spacious and plenty of amenities, and our room is spacious. I booked two rooms for my husband, daughter and I to stay in while in Quebec City. Both rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable, and were on the fifth floor.
