The room was sufficient and clean. Bring slippers as the floor gets cold and there is no carpet. Be careful when you use the shower as the floor gets slippery and that's without soap. The main issues I had with the room was the smell of bleach that gave me a headache when I woke up. The windows don't open and the room was 25! I turned on the AC (would have preferred opening the window instead) but...

Location could not be better. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had some issues with the TV but two different attendants came up and worked diligently to get it resolved. We would highly recommend this property if you want to be in the middle of every that is Old Town.

We chose a smaller room for our 1 night stay. It was small but everything was as advertised. The bathroom was clean. It couldn't be closer to the heart of Old Town Quebec City. Entry by key card only after a certain time in the evening. I'm not sure if there is a concierge on site at night. Seemed quiet and safe.

We had a great 4-day stay here. The location is perfect for Vieux Quebec. We received an email the morning of our arrival to check in online, which saved us time when we got to the hotel - very convenient. The room was very clean, nicely adorned, and was remarkably quiet, despite being beside a busy area. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to return again.

The first floor of the building is a tourist info centre, but there is a private elevator to the hotel on the second and third floor.
