The rooms were clean and well appointed. The location is excellent. Walking distance into the old town. And close to plains of Abraham etc. The service was away below acceptable.. Great location. Room was renovated but absolutely no pressure in my shower (section B). Talking about section, the hotel is an absolute labyrinth. Really hard to situate yourself in the beginning. Front desk service is extremely slow. Always only one or two clerk at the desk. Wait time can easily reach half an hour. There seems to be a manager always in an office in the back that never comes out ...

Rooms seemed like they were renovated recently. Nice and clean. Service was polite and timely. Rate was good. Stayed during a music festival and got to listen to some concerts. Location close enough to Old Quebec was walkable. Pool was a bit small, and hot tubs were outside so not usable in bad weather.

While this hotel advertises that it’s a 4 star hotel, the experience is even worse than a budget hotel. Considering the room cost 350$, the experience was far from worth it. The name and external façade conjure a sense of luxury, but don’t expect anything more than a very standard hotel on the interior. The rooms are very basic.
