Hotel Chateau Bellevue (couple trip)

The Hotel is ideally situated for exploration of Quebec City. The cost of staying at the hotel very reasonable. Unfortunately we felt very let down, no welcome drink on arrival, as stated on the web site. I'll start with the good. The location is superb and the staff was friendly. Additionally, it was nice not to worry about parking. The breakfast was a nice touch but by 845 a.m. we found it pretty picked over and there were no dishware, mugs, cups or utensils available for use. Checking into this hotel was a breeze! The front desk team (Ibrahima & Jeanne-Aimée) were amazing! We were there for my wife's 50th birthday and they treated us like royalty.
