Location was great. Service (doorman) not so. Checked in with valet parking. He helped us with putting the luggage on the luggage cart. When checked in, I was told I have to tell the doorman our room number. No doorman was there and the valet person at the front door told me I have to give my room number to the doorman. Hilton Quebec offers a great experience on the downtown heart of Quebec city, with great walking distance to all of the city’s beauty. They also have great rooms, very comfy beds, fast concierge and services. I think their food was probably my favourite part. You also have a great view seeing the castle and parliament. Thanks to Odyssey program for hosting us here.

The room itself was fine and the location is great. Check-in was as expected nothing special, but no problems either. Breakfast is sit-down style and was good.
