Courtyard Quebec City (with kids)

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The lobby and carpets were impeccable. The hotel was clean and smelled nice. I was checked in fairly quickly even though it was later at night. The room was quite a good size. The shower and toilet was dirty though and as you can see in the photo I posted the sink was SEVERELY clogged. I have stayed at many Courtyards and this one by far was the nicest. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. From the lobby to the rooms everything felt fresh and tidy, which gave a great first impression. Excellent hotel. Room was very spacious. Service was excellent. The service at the bar was amazing. Only four beers on tap but they were good. Hats off to the waitress. The location was really good. Close to restaurants, Costco, the Galleries, and ikea was about 10 minutes away. Quiet place. Lots of parking. My truck fit everywhere. Clean hotel. Highly recommend.

The room was impeccable, and the restrooms were sparkling clean as well. However, the shower area lacked a glass door or curtain, which caused water to spill out and leave the bathroom floor quite wet something that could definitely be improved for guest comfort. The front office staff were incredible. They could not do enough for us. So friendly and helpful. The gentlemen at the bar were incredible. Kept everyone happy and always on top of any little request. They not only served the drinks but also took the food orders and delivered the food. Your staff are some of the very best we have encountered.
