Best Western Premier Hotel Aristocrate (couple trip)

A fabulous room in a new hotel. Beds were super comfy. Room was clean and well appointed. Delicious Nespresso coffee in the morning. There was construction all around the area so we had some problems getting to the hotel, but that won’t be there forever.

I booked a two-night stay (Aug 30–Sep 1) with my daughter, expecting a relaxing weekend. I had stayed here in 2023 and had a good experience, so we trusted the hotel again. Unfortunately, this time was completely different. We checked in around 3 p.m., dropped off our luggage, and went straight out for a dinner cruise. At that time, I didn’t notice anything unusual. Although this hotel advertises itself as a four-star property, it does not feel like one. The rooms are quite small, and the hallways and walking areas are very congested. During our stay, there was major construction going on inside the hotel — the entire property smelled strongly of cement, there was a lot of dust, and overall it was not a comfortable environment. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The pool was amazing! Outdoors, plenty of seating, beautiful garden around. The staff was very helpful. Vaughn in particular at the front desk was very kind and helpful. 5 stars for him! There is lots of construction happening at the hotel and in the areas but it didn't really impact our experience. I will definitely return.

Our stay in itself was good — no complaints if you simply need a place to stay for the night! The rooms were average best western hotel rooms, they stay very consistent throughout most locations, nothing bad to say there! Clean, enough space, and great amenities.
