This is one of the top tier non-cfl-associated university football team (e.g. McGill, Uof Calgary, etc...). It is a top tier venue for Vanier-Cup sized events, capacity for 19k+, with amenities and facilities for crowds of that size. Great screen for replays, terrific audio and DJ, great ingress and egress,lots of parking - except for the largest crowds of 17k+.

Snow filled stairways, dangerous, seat poorly cleaned off, no control after the game of people going on to the field, bathrooms limited and dirty, to mention a few.
