This is one of the top tier non-cfl-associated university football team (e.g. McGill, Uof Calgary, etc...). It is a top tier venue for Vanier-Cup sized events, capacity for 19k+, with amenities and facilities for crowds of that size. Great screen for replays, terrific audio and DJ, great ingress and egress,lots of parking - except for the largest crowds of 17k+.

Was there for the Vanier cup. Could not believe the state of the stadium. Availability of seating. Snow filled stairways, dangerous, seat poorly cleaned off, no control after the game of people going on to the field, bathrooms limited and dirty, to mention a few. It was an event supposedly organized by U Sport, however it seemed more like an event organized by Laval team . Fans were rude and snowb...
