What makes it 57% Baby-Friendly: Stroller-friendly flat paths and shaded picnic spots suit infants, yet there are no diaper tables, nursing rooms, or listed infant life-jackets, so parents face logistical gaps and must stay cautious near water.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Allows time for a leisurely walk, picnic and quick boat check with your baby.
Stroller-Friendly Riverbank Walk:
Follow the wide paved path along the St. Lawrence River.
Tip: Bring a sunshade attachment and walk in the morning or late afternoon to avoid direct sun.
Riverside Picnic:
Set up at one of the shaded picnic tables by the water.
Tip: Pack a portable changing pad and snacks in a small cooler for easy access.
Optional Watercraft Rental:
Check infant life jacket availability before renting a tandem kayak or paddle boat.
Tip: Call the park ahead to confirm they have a child-size life jacket and reserve your craft.
Accessible Restroom Break:
Use the outdoor toilets near the welcome area along the main trail.
Tip: Carry disposable changing pads since the restrooms lack dedicated baby stations.

You can watch boats, ships and cargo carri...
