This is a really great attraction spot! There’s a park, trail, falls and a suspension bridge. You can buy tickets for a lift if you don’t want to take the stairs but I’d recommend the stairs if you can because theres beautiful viewpoints along the way up.

Montmorency falls is one of the most beautiful waterfalls we've ever seen. The tall waterfall itself was amazing, and walking across the suspension bridge gave us the best view. The path through the trees was so peaceful and full of fresh air. We also enjoyed the cable car ride. It was fun and gave us another great view of the falls.

The qaterfalls are pretty, but after Yellow Stone and Yosimite waterfalls, seem underwhelming. A part of the tree reason is the industrial view from the top. The nature is completely tamed here. We've been there in the end of September, and the water level was low. I'm sure, it is much more impressive in spring. To reach the waterfalls, take bus #800 from the city and go to the stop Des Rapids.

Take the cable car down to see the bottom of the falls. And take the cable car back recommended for people who do not have good mo...

It was a nice little outing, but don't consider it a must see. They have a cable car so both the top and bottom of the falls are accessible. If you want to see everything be aware that there is a fair amount of walking involved.
Summer: carry mosquito repellent and sunscreen. Fall: arrive at midday for clear skies and autumn colors. Winter: wear crampons and check trail status before visiting.
