Maude was an amazing tour guide! She took us to some amazing places to try new dishes that are local to Quebec City. My favorite one was the smoked bison and lions mane mushrooms. Maude explained all of the dishes we were going to have along with how they are prepared and the establishments that prepared them. I would highly recommend a tour with Maude!

Awesome tour with Maude who was funny, entertaining and informative. Food choices were super along with the wine we tasted and the finishing gin. Cute little historic eating places too. Very highly recommended.

Maude was an excellent tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about the history of Quebec City. The restaurants we visited we iconic places which have been in Quebec many years. The Pea soup at La Buche was my favorite followed by the fresh croissant at Boulay bakery. I would definitely recommend taking the tour.

Thankfully Quebec City ended up with the hea...
