How Baby-Friendly is iSaute Quebec City?

48%Baby-Friendly
View Map

What makes it 48% Baby-Friendly: Infants enter free and climate control helps, but there is no dedicated baby play area, uncertain diaper tables and no nursing room, so caregivers must mostly hold baby or sit aside.

(from 1,506 reviews)

Positives:

  • Free Baby Entry: Children under 2 enter free with a paying adult.
  • Climate-Controlled: Air conditioning keeps baby comfortable year-round.
  • Free Wi-Fi: Stream or video-call in the bistro while baby rests.

Challenges:

  • No Baby Play Area: There is no dedicated play zone for non-walking babies.
  • Limited Changing Facilities: Restrooms may lack changing tables; bring a portable mat and check ahead.
  • Supervision Swap: Only one parent can jump at a time, so plan shifts to watch the baby.

It was busy when we went, but there were lots of staff keeping an eye on things. Very clean and my son had lots of fun!

My daughter’s favorite place is iSaute, and we always have a great experience there! The place is clean, fun, and very well-organized. A special thank you to one of the employees, Zoé, who makes our visit even more special. She was incredibly friendly and kind — when my daughter fell, Zoe was right there to help her up and comfort her. She also took the time to guide her through the obstacle cours...

My kid loves this place. It's well maintained, clean, and as secure as it could be in a place like this. Enough workers to keep the safety measures in check, but far from annoying.

Kids loves it . Just for birthday party's its a bit to long to have the kids just be there for 45 mins doing nothing . For over 300 dollars 60 mins jumps and 45 mins at à table its long for kids that just wanna have fun et they are strick . When its done its done and they make sure you dont go back jump

Friendly staff. Reasonably priced compared to 3 other trampoline parks we have tried. Rules here are more flexible than other locations allowing you to go bare foot or wear socks from other parks.
