What makes it 57% Kids-Friendly: Children are officially allowed, and occasional theatre or multimedia shows target ages 6-12, yet loud sound levels, mostly standing crowds, and no kid-specific seating or ear protection rentals cut comfort.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with kids: Time to check coats, grab snacks, enjoy a performance, and explore the lobby without rushing kids.
Attend a family-friendly show:
Choose a summer theatre or multimedia performance designed for ages 6–12.
Tip: Book tickets online early. Look for 30–60 minute shows to suit younger attention spans.
Store strollers and coats:
Use the free cloakroom near the lobby for gear storage.
Tip: Arrive 15 minutes early to find space. Staff will help you park large items.
Grab non-alcoholic snacks:
Order soft drinks and light bites at the bar area before the show.
Tip: Bring cash or card. Enjoy the ornate décor while you wait.

Went there for a metal show, the scene was well set and we had more than enough place to enjoy it while not being too cramped. The sound quality was alright nothing spectacular but more than enough 😁
Sin Cado
Its a nice place but the staff was terrible. Pressurizing people to get out after the show, not letting people finish their drink peacefully is really not friendly. I am not asking the bar to stay open after the show, but why the urgency to kick out people? That is completely unacceptable. S

Went to see Mademoixelle Fizz . It was very nice but a bit packed. I found the staff to be a bit too quick to ask people to leave while we could have spent much more at this bar. Too bad for the owner as we spent it all at District.

Jazzé Belle
Such a lovely venue! So glad we were able to take in a show while visiting Quebec City.
Summer brings more child-focused performances. In winter, fewer family shows run, so check the venue’s calendar before you go.
