Rose is an excellent host and maple sugar historian. Friendly staff and wonderful musician. Great time and memorable. My favorite part of the meal was the soup and pork crackle.

A must see in Québec! So friendly and welcoming. Delicious food. Sugar shack over 100 years old. Loved this experience so much! When we arrived, they asked if we are staying for dinner. So glad we said yes with traditional plates and music it was just wonderful

A unique experience since there was live music along with Christmas music and some people were dancing. We had the Christmas dinner for about $65 CAD per person after taxes and tips. The meat pie was delicious and worth eating again. The mashed potatoes were decent. The bread was a bit tough to eat.
