I did not utilize this spot to its fullest. I was on a bicycle exploring and drove right through a 'toll gate' to enter this 'beach heaven' next to the river. It was not really a sunny day and I would expect a lot more people with their children hanging out here. All the facilities you need as well as water fountains to entertain the children.
