Check-in was very smooth and the receptionist was very friendly. She welcomed me and then told me she upgraded our room! The room was very comfortable. The pillows were just right! The shower was amazing as well. We had a very enjoyable and restful stay.

Great location!!! Could not complain about the service. They handled the overload of people easily. Attended a conference and they could easily accommodate the massive numbers registered for the conference.
