Terrible experience. Sincere advice: Pay whatever it costs more to stay somewhere else. Got locked out of room and when we tried to get support we got no answer. Don’t know where to go or what to do, all our valuables are inside.

Better hope everything goes well because I got locked out of my unit with no help.

Booked a room online. Was contacted by the owner and informed that despite the it showing a room available online, and not only had I booked it but also paid for it, the place was in fact fully booked. That's ok, mistakes happen. Owner told me she could not cancel the booking from her end, we had to contact the site we booked through. A bit strange considering she was cancelling on us, but alright...
