Sheraton Ottawa Hotel (with baby)

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Ottawa as part of our long awaited honeymoon trip to Canada. The hotel is overall quite old, needs a renovation. However great downtown location for tourists. It was also very quiet. Staff are Very friendly at face value, however simple tasks are not completed. I asked for housekeeping to come to my room while I was out for the day, no one came. They said they didn’t get the note from the front desk, a simple door hang tag asking to tidy the room would su...

The rooms are a little dated as well as the hotel but the staff make up for that. The service is great and staff are great. I’d probably try another Marriott hotel due to the fact that the onsite garage doesn’t fit my pickup truck so it’s a bit of a nuisance. Gym isn’t bad but not the best but they have an executive lounge with great food for breakfast and dinner.

The Sheraton is always a joy to stay at. They accommodated me with a late check out, and the staff helped schedule when to clean up my room allowing me to take a couple of calls from the hotel room. Gym is a standard hotel gym and isn’t too special. Pool was closed during stay. The king bedroom was large and spacious, and had no complaints about it

Our stay at the Sheraton Downtown Ottawa was outstanding! Cesar and Sean made our visit truly memorable with their warm greetings and exceptional customer service. Traveling with a 3 and 5-year-old can be tricky, but they made everything easy, from accommodating our kids’ needs to providing thoughtful assistance throughout our stay.
