Great location. Clean, modern, apartment style rooms. Staff was exceptionally kind and courteous throughout the duration of the stay. Many amenities in the hotel itself, including event rooms, and a gym. Anything that might not be there is definitely within walking distance being right on Queen, a block away from Parliament Hill.

Clean room & comfortable bed but unfortunately the isolation is zero & u can easily hear any truck or car outside your room if your room facing the street& any noise from neighbours. There was a problem in the hot water in our night ( no hot water until the morning of the next day and no hot water at all in the shower ) & the pressure of the water ( too weak ) and its seem this problem is continu...

The suites were great, I booked specifically for the washer and dryer but the kitchen was also very helpful for our stay. The suites are nice and clean and the extra furniture is nothing fancy but allowed us to work out of the room and also have food etc. Amenities were also great, nice gym and billiards room. Good one night stay. Service at check-in and check-out was laidback but pleasant. Staff was helpful. Room was very spacious and bedding was excellent. I got great sleep. Location was central.
