Les Suites Hotel Ottawa (solo trip)

The room was spotless clean, modern and spacious, fully equipped kitchen..bed sheets and pillows smells so fresh..i love it. I was surprised It has an in suite laundry. Great location. Safe and convenient parking. This will be now our go-to hotel for its excellent amenities, location and service. We really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Excellent location and value as compared to the other hotels nearby. We stayed in a two room suite and were happy to have access to a washer and dryer as well as kitchen. Great location. Beautiful, large, updated rooms. Cafe downstairs is yum. Garden Courtyard on 5 is so nice and relaxing. BUT I probably wouldn’t come back just because of the elevator situation… It’s wild to have to wait 15+ minutes every single time you need the elevator. Great amenities! The suites are essentially little apartments! Full-size kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, laundry in unit! Nice, fresh, modern, very clean. The hotel pool is small but enjoyable. Ample parking in the garage (for a fee). It was awesome to have the parking be valid until 11pm on checkout day, so we could check out of the hotel but keep exploring the city.

We had a great stay here. We stayed in a group and went to Bluesfest. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel really just did all the things that I wish other hotels would do. Early check in was an easy and inexpensive upgrade, and late check out was available too and she didn't charge us. The front desk staff were super easy going about it.
