Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa West - Nepean (couple trip)

Stayed at Holiday Inn and had a really good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was convenient and the amenities like free WiFi and breakfast made the stay even better. Great value for the price.

Our housekeeper Donna is such a pleasant friendly person who is very accommodating to our needs . Always smiling while cleaning with efficiency. Definitely an organized person who leaves her mark by cleaning the rooms and corridors and answering questions . An asset to the company and fellow employees who she helps .

Had one night stay with family of 5. Booked family room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Sofa bed was a disaster and the quality of sofa bed mattress was pathetic and even a kid of average size could not sleep properly on that. Hence the purpose of booking a family room was a failure. Close enough to Ottawa with all the amenities but without the Ottawa price tag. Rooms were clean, we stayed in a 2 queen with a pull out couch. Downside was where our room was, 216 on second floor there was NO view. A literal wall/back of their sign so that was a bit of a bummer.
