Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport (couple trip)

Just had a short visit here. I had an early flight and thought it would be best to stay close to the airport. I should mention after a draining day of a family memorial, both the front desk was very welcoming and the bar tender Sam was delightful. I wanted to enjoy a quiet glass of wine in a corner before bedtime and she seemed to sense I just needed a little quiet time. Nice staff, clean, comfort...

Great stay at Hilton Garden Inn! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service. Highly recommended.we were on 6 floor seems newly renovated, however my friend got in 2 floor , room was not that great. They have construction going on at 3/4 floor seems newly, so little noisy. Restaurant is nice , breakfast is good. Overall it’s good place to stay.

Our stay here was great. The staff were awesome - polite and well informed. Plenty of parking, nice pool and hot tub, and very spacious rooms. A nice, clean, simple hotel - suited our needs for our trip. The showers were a little bit dated, but didn't bother us. Would definitely consider staying here again during our next visit.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport and was very disappointed with the service, especially at the front desk. When I first checked in, the lady at reception — a Black woman wearing a headband (mentioning this only to identify the staff member I interacted with) — was unfriendly, unhelpful, and did not seem interested in listening to guests. I was skeptical about booking close to the an airport. However, this was hands-down the quietest hotel room I’ve ever stayed it. The slight price increase over budget hotels was worth every penny. Would have been nice for both elevators to be working and the fan in the bathroom was noisy. However, those or minor compared to how peaceful this was.
