The person at the counter was unable to handle my arrival. He put me in a room with someone who booked a single room and was not my party. Was told to sit aside and wait to handle other customers. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel. It has a brand new feel to it and is modern in the rooms. Parking was easy and the hotel is in a good location to the highway. We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was spacious and comfortable — our room had two queen beds, which worked perfectly for our family of five. The hotel also provided a playpen crib for our 2-year-old, which was such a big help. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We stayed at the glo hotel this weekend it was a great experience! Rooms are spacious and comfortable for families and their breakfast was amazing for kids and adults! Staff and great and helpful too! Its a great location, close to ottawa downtown! My husband loved the gym facility as well. Will be staying there next time, when driving east!

This is a fabulous property. Well kept, with fantastic, clean rooms. The staff isn't always the best, and the breakfast is alright, but offers no variety which means the same eggs, sausage and waffles every morning; no bacon or ham. And if you arrive even a minute beyond breakfast hours you are out of luck!... Breakfast and service could be better.
