Had a great stay. I had booked a king room a month in advance and I got 2 doubles. All I had to do was call down and within 2 minutes I had an upgraded king room. Rooms were spotless, shower had amazing pressure, and all the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly. I loved having a heated indoor parking spot too. Thank you Four Points for an amazing and affordable stay!

I had some difficulties booking my 4 nights at the same deal quoted to the Flight Safety Conference which eventually was straightened out but under two confirmation codes. Front staff are very friendly and helpful. I just don't understand how cleaning staff don't report plumbing problems so that it's fixed before a guest arrives. Showering while standing in a 20 inch deep dirty water, because the tub is not draining, is the opposite of a great showering experience. Love this hotel! It's our 2nd stay. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated; the beds, pillows and sheets are exceptionally comfortable. The staff are accommodating and friendly. My only critiques would be the heating/cooling fan is noisy and for the cost of the room, breakfast should be included.
