An excellent hotel. Everything worked great. I was picked up and dropped off at the airport. The staff is amazing, the room is better than impossible, and the breakfast is delicious. Thanks everyone for taking your clients' seriously.

The beds were comfortable, the location was ideal for my needs, the room itself was large and clean and the bathroom was spacious. Considering it's right beside the airport I heard very few planes - the rooms were very soundproof. The only annoyances were the prices of concession foods ($19 for 3 bottles of water and 3 small bags of chips), and the fact that the airport shuttle only ran every half...

I love this property. I stayed here twice now and both times the stay was great. They have a huge lobby and dinning room. Was able to enjoy takeaway food with the whole gang, 2.5 family, in their spacious dinning room as we were too tired to eat in restaurants after a long day of exploring Ottawa. One of the best airport hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We arrived around 8:00 and needed a different room type. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The rooms we got were spacious, clean and so quiet! The complimentary breakfast in the morning was expansive - from waffles, to fruit, to turkey sausage - there was something for everyone.
