Courtyard Ottawa East (couple trip)

Easy check in, check out. Clean large room. Quiet hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Bed was very comfortable. Only complaint is the room was colder than I like and I couldn't figure out how to use the thermostat at first. Suggestion: Instructions should be provided.

I've stayed here a couple of times and both times it was great. Nice spacious rooms and good service. They allowed me to securely store my bicycle in the room, which was great. My only criticism is the bistro lounge restaurant was frankly poor value. I ordered the Mac and cheese for dinner and what I got seemed like the size of a side dish, it wasn't satisfying. This hotel is actually amazing! From the beginning with Junior checking me in, to staying there over the weekend. Junior was very professional, very helpful and doing the best to make sure I’m happy. The rooms are super spacious. Never had such a huge room in my life!!! And it isn’t even the upgraded room! Definitely will be retiring here The only negative I have , is the elevators. They suck lol...

We got moved to this hotel when the one we had originally booked had a flood. We were pleasantly surprised to see very nicely renovated rooms. They were very spacious and clean and you couldn't really hear anything from outside of the room! The staff at check-in we're lovely, and parking was very easy and close by

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my boyfriend. The prices were affordable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was the free underground parking, along with two complimentary charging stations, which was very convenient!
