Comfort Inn (couple trip)

Was overall an ok experience, other than we found a dried used soap in the shower, were missing a blanket when arriving and then kept our deposit for that blanket, we never had, being missing! 1/3 rooms were not by the other 2. For a 2 star hotel it does the job. Nothing fancy, not dirty, the price is good for what we have. We didn't took the breakfast so can't tell anything about it. The rooms are clean and with a good soundproof. bathroom very renovated and clean. Except the bathroom mat, bathroom curtain that show some holes because very used, they are very clean. My only bad point is the floor carpet, some spots show...

Just stayed here this May for a couple of days, overall a decent hotel. Staff were kind & helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, but the area is a bit too small. Room was clean & nice. I think the price is a little much for having no amenities (no pool/hot tub or anything). Short drive to downtown Ottawa.

I booked the other day for 2 nights..front desk gentleman really nice..really didn't care for the area or curb side appeal...motel with 2 floors and NO elevator..I had room 123 which I thought was the best room patio window entrance and park right in front...bed was very comfy and shower nice..wooden floors washed before we got there...the breakfast room was way too small and over load of people.....

They really need to get more help on the reception desk. There were 6 groups in line to try and check in. The room was disappointing for the price.
