Overall the service was very good, but the hotel itself is much older and dated than it appears on the website. They come with a separate bedroom and living area, with a fully stocked kitchenette (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker and kettle, along with plates, cutlery, glasses and cookware). For a three star hotel the service staff were amazing in customer service we found. The double bed that my husband and I were on was hard. Pillows very small. The teens had there own single beds and they found it very comfortable. The beds felt clean but I did find a pill under the dresser when I was plugging in my charger. Everything was awesome. Rooms were clean and everything worked as it should. 10/10 location right downtown. Reasonable prices. Gia at the front desk treated me and my elderly grandfather really well, she went above and beyond with recommendations and such to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Thank you Gia!! Ottawa was truly a slice, we'll be back soon.

Loved the location and service. Pool was well kept, hot tub was being tested when we stayed, but the sauna worked well. Rooms were good but dated with full amenities, pans, silverware, the only thing I would have preferred is a few more essentials like a scrub, actual dish soap, and a few other things. Given the locale and the well kept property it was worth it.
