Arc the Hotel Ottawa (couple trip)

Had a lovely time staying here. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and I truly enjoyed my experience here. Everything was perfect. The service, the rooms were okay, not too new but the most important thing was that it was clean. The location was perfect too, in the middle of downtown and you was able to walk literally everywhere. Still, gotta mention the exceptional service again. Definitely worth the money!

We stayed last weekend for a wedding. Location is perfect and staff amazing. Always at the front ready to greet you and help. Parking is tricky the first time but easy after. Our wedding rate was of great value which allowed us to extend out stay. Room was good, bathroom a bit small but a minor issue. Overall a great experience and this will be our hotel of choice going forward.

A good hotel at a good price. Will this place win any awards? Probably not. But is it clean? Are the staff friendly and helpful? Is it a 6 min walk to Parliament? Yes, yes and yes.
