Good food, the CineClub membership is well worth for 20% off food and free tickets. The Outtakes menu has allergens listed and most vegetarian options are vegan due to shared fryer baskets. We overall enjoyed the experience of watching a movie at this theatre! However, the recliners are getting worn out and don’t recline completely any more! I hope that Cineplex is going to be able to do something about this in order to enable people to have a completely enjoyable and satisfactory movie experience.

Good movie, however the $100+ price tag for a family of 4 is too much, and two of our seats were broken. G1, G4, and even G5, the next seat over, was broken. Nobody at customer service to speak to about it. Not a great experience!

Big Cinema with comfortable reclining leather chairs. Arcade games also available on site. When it visited, it wasn't too busy and there wasn't a wait time. Easily my favourite movie theatre in Ottawa! Every theatre has reclining seats, which ample space. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking in front of and beside the theatre. Lots of food and snack spots if you want to go before the movie and grab those. The arcade is always fun for the kids, and the place is always neat and tidy.
