Like this place, good service, nice staff and a decent restaurant. Went there as my kid wanted to enjoy mountain coaster and that was worth as always. While there is wait time, they manage it well via their text service to avoid queues.

I visited Camp Fortune today and tried the Mountain Coaster with my child. The experience itself was fun and exciting — the speed, the view, and the fresh mountain air made it quite a thrill! However, the waiting time was much longer than expected. We waited for more than two hours in line, and the actual ride lasted about two minutes. It’s definitely something worth trying once, especially for f...

Long wait times to do the activities. A 2hrs wait to get on chair lift can easily become 3-4hrs wait. I'll advice buying your tickets ahead, online.

We kicked off the day soaring through the treetops (it's three ziplines back-to-back). The forest rush is real, and the views? Next level. 🌲💨 From there, we hopped onto the mountain coaster — t...

First Time Skiing – Amazing Experience at Camp Fortune! This was my first time ever skiing, and Camp Fortune made it such a great experience! The instructors were incredibly patient and helpful—they made learning feel fun and easy, even for a total beginner like me. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I had a scheduling issue, and they went out of their way to change my session ...

When is the best time to visit Camp Fortune (Ottawa, Canada)?

In summer, book aerial park and coaster tickets online, wear closed-toe shoes, and bring water. In fall, ride the chairlift on weekends for autumn colours. In winter, pick green runs on low-traffic days, reserve ski lessons for your 7+ child, and rent gear early. In spring, trails can be muddy—bring waterproof boots.
