What makes it 58% Baby-Friendly: Stroller-friendly paths and free parking suit infants, but washrooms list no change tables, chimes can startle, and there is little shade, making comfort stops tricky for caregivers.
Why 15-30 minutes visit duration is ideal for with baby: A quick stroll covers the full display and fits a baby’s routine without tiring out parents.
Explore the Flower Clock:
Walk around the 100 m² face made of over 20,000 seasonal plants.
Tip: Stay on the paved route for a smooth stroller ride.
Listen to the Westminster Chimes:
Hear the electric-powered steel hands strike every 15 minutes.
Tip: Stand a few meters back and use baby ear protection if needed.
Toss Coins in the Water Garden:
Make a wish in the 10 ft-wide water feature circling the clock’s base.
Tip: Bring small coins and hold the stroller securely near the edge.
Snack Break at the Snack Bar:
Seasonal stand (Apr–Sept) sells light refreshments.
Tip: Pick a shaded bench for baby’s snack time and easy feeding.

It’s A Wonderful Life
Amazing. Enjoyed a quick stop & be able to enjoy a living history. The flowers are just gorgeous! Look around the back of it & you’ll see the different arrangement/design they have planted throughout the years.

Such a lovely surprise! We had a chill picnic right beside this beautifully manicured giant clock, and it made for the perfect backdrop. The nearby monuments added a nice historic touch to the visit, and the pond at the foot of the clock? Full of koi fish gliding around like they were putting on a show. Peaceful, scenic, and a great spot to slow down and enjoy the moment. Highly recommend stopping...
Bloom peak runs late May to early September. Public washrooms operate April–September. Outside these months, the floral display is removed—check Niagara Parks site before visiting.
