Did the tea in the oval room for Christmas for my birthday and honestly not impressed at all. The front room would have been way nicer and better than this boring oval room. The front room had a nice pink undertone and a beautiful gorgeous tree.. The oval room had a boring tree in the back was very ordinary and boring nothing special at all. No other decoration. My living room has more feel and at...

As a loyal patron of Ritz-Carlton hotels worldwide, I’ve cherished our annual tradition of afternoon tea at the Montreal location during the Christmas season for years. Stayed for 3 nights with the family. Veronica and Arlene were so sweet and went above and beyond to recognize my young son’s birthday and make him feel extra special. Even prior to our trip, Veronica and the guest relations team reached out to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel staff in general are very warm and welcoming and make the effort to engage with guests in every i...

We were only there for the afternoon tea so I can’t comment for the other aspects. It was great value. We thought the service was professional and courteous. The pastries were good, and the savory snacks had a Montreal-specific twist to them which was a nice touch. I particularity appreciated the live pianist.

The hotel itself blends timeless elegance with modern comfort, the lobby and common spaces are beautifully designed, while the rooms are spacious, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. One of the highlights...
