Maison Saint-Vincent by Maisons & co (couple trip)

I wish there was a way to give a 3.5 star. I had stayed at their sister company and had loved it. I was not happy with this stay. No elevator, although nice room the mattress was bad and kept me up all night. The location was great but it was loud. It’s part of the old town charm but I will go back to Maison Therese next time.

This hotel was perfect for exploring old town Montreal. The room was quite large for old town (#203) and had all the mod coms one would expect, except an elevator of course given the age of the building. I especially loved the window which opened on to the main street. Parking was a challenge but the contactless concierge was very helpful via text when I needed advice.

I arrived about 2 hours ago, and I’m still in shock. This room is dark, depressing, and faces an ugly alley filled with dumpsters, construction fencing ( attached a photo) I booked this hotel based on the great reviews, as my husband just arrived in Canada and we wanted to spend a few nights in Montreal. This location was perfect to walk around the city and was close to places to park. We were able to very briefly park on the side of the road in front of the hotel to drop off our luggage. Incredible find! Can’t possibly get any closer to the heart of old Montreal - location was perfect. The room was lovely, quaint, and also surprisingly quiet and private feeling despite its proximity to bars/nightlife. Room was great quality!
