Hotel Monville Montreal (couple trip)

Room is small but cozy, and very close to old port, good location! However the reception and service was great. I was trying to contact them after checking out (half a day) to ask if they by any chance found my lost item, and the process was painful. The hotel room is nice but small. But the customer service is the worst, I lost my Perfume in my hand carry bags during the luggage check in, I asked if the male bald stuff who wore glasses if they had seen any perfume in the luggage room but they were not helpful at all. I had a great stay, the staff is nice and helpful. It’s located in the center. Rooms are very clean and bed extremely comfortable. I just think that the AC is making a lot of noise so I had to turn it off. Breakfast is good except coffee, if you want a real good coffee you have to pay extra.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was fantastic! Breakfast was included and was delicious every morning. Location was amazing and within walking distance of Old Montreal and to the Bell Centre which was awesome as we were in town for a concert. Rooms are on the smaller side but very clean and modern and it was perfect for my husband and I. I would definitely stay here again!

If you’re paying anything more than 200$ including tax, you’re up for disappointment. I booked the standard room, which was really small. Besides a rooftop terrace, the hotel doesn’t have any noteworthy amenities. No water bottles served in the room as the hotel is striving to be green.
