The room was great, so we'll designed but had a couple of odd flaws like low water pressure, and the towel rack wasn't near the sink, and low-grade single-ply toilet paper, all minor details. great hotel, stayed 4 nights here and everything was perfect. clean stylish rooms, very comfortable overall. basic continental breakfast (coffee, packaged pastry, cereal). only thing was my shower was out of shower gel, and i asked them on the first night to fill it or leave me an extra soap, and despite writing it down, it never got done. no problem though room was cleaned twice in the 4 nights ...

This hotel was difficult to rate- while a super cool boutique hotel vibe it was missing some elements to make the stay more comfortable. Our room had no hand soaps in the bathroom. We had to use the wall dispenser in the shower to wash our hands which was odd. We also had no sugars or stir sticks for our in room coffee - it seemed as though the room (while decently clean) had not been restocked ...

We really enjoyed our stay at Hôtel Chez Swann. Great location in the city with lots of restaurant options close by. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast provided is more than satisfactory to get your day started. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

Transit access: 10/10 – Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the metro and close to several bus stops. The hotel itself, however, doesn’t live up to its 4-star boutique claim.
