We had a five night stay for a family event. We had three rooms but left the hotel for one night after the first night and kept one room for that night where we all kept our stuff for when we return. The hotel staff kept track of the various reservations perfectly. The service was impeccable. The rooms are very nice and quite large. We had no complaints at all and highly recommend this hotel.

Honestly, for what I paid was expecting a little more. Room was mediocre, view of the highway was not too nice. No problems with staff, didn’t get free breakfast or free parking but paid $1000 for 3 nights. Pool closes too early, went down at 10:15 and it was locked which was disappointing. Gym didn’t have a bench press or squat for the lady and I. Overall, it is a place to sleep (did the job), no...

I had a good experience in this Hilton. After reading the reviews, I specifically asked for a rear-view room. I had no issues with noise, and slept very well. The room was cleaned daily. There is a small tuck shop in the lobby, with snacks and laundry detergent. I appreciated the gym, which was pretty well equipped for a hotel gym, complete with a cable machine, treadmills, benches and dumbbells, ...

Worst HILTON hotel experience! Our room was not properly cleaned after the first night — and on the second day, housekeeping never came at all. When we raised the issue, the manager repeatedly accused us of placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, which we absolutely did NOT. Instead of coming up to inspect the situation herself, she told us to go down to the front desk — completely unhelpful...

Horrible stay. 1. The hotel is near a very busy highway. Rooms are poorly sound insulated. Cannot sleep at all. Specifically asked for rooms facing the other way, got assigned low level highway facing anyway. 2. If you drive. Parking lot is nice with electric charging stations. But the highway traffic to downtown is stressful. Many confusion cross roads and merges. 3. Otherwise mediocre business o...
