I don't know how anyone could rate this place less than a 5!!! I travel quite frequently for work, and this is one if the best if not the best hotels I've ever stayed at for the following reasons: 1) room gets cold 18C(!!!) and is not directly blowing on you. We had such a great stay at this hotel. The lobby was very nice. The room was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly. We really enjoyed the few days we spent there. The location is not the best, but there’s a metro station a few minutes away. Definitely recommend!

It's a mixed bag. The hotel itself and the rooms are very spacious and very clean. It was also very quiet during our three-night stay, which was nice.
