What makes it 35% Baby-Friendly: Babies are allowed in the base chalet, but there is no nursery, no nursing room, no change table and strollers are banned on snow, so parents will struggle to ski and care simultaneously.
Note: Ski Saint-Bruno is 35% Baby-Friendly. You may want to consider other Baby-Friendly Things to Do in Montreal for a more suitable experience.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Allows time to relax in the chalet, store gear, and take breaks for the baby.
Watch skiers from the chalet:
Sit by the large windows in the base lodge and follow beginner runs.
Tip: Arrive early to claim a table with a clear slope view.
Warm up in the cafeteria:
Grab hot drinks and snacks on-site.
Tip: Bring any baby bottles; no bottle warmer is provided.
Use on-site lockers:
Store extra diapers, snacks, and baby supplies.
Tip: Pay CAD 1 per locker at the ticket desk.
Short scenic walk around parking:
Push the stroller on cleared paths near the base.
Tip: Keep to paved areas; slopes and chalet interiors prohibit strollers.

Although the runs are short, it’s an excellent ski resort considering how close it is to Montreal. It’s especially great for kids who are learning to ski, as there are many suitable training slopes.

I recently visited Ski St-Bruno with my 5-year-old toddler, and as a rusty skier myself, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This resort is perfectly geared toward beginners, offering a welcoming environment with well-thought-out areas to ease you into skiing. Experience. For those who have never skied or are getting back into it, there's a dedicated beginner area with helpful instruct...

Excellent instructors that help even if you do not pay for lessons. Special Big Thank You to Mr. Gregory, he is professional and friendly with my daughter. The place is well equipped with everything you need to learn and enjoy skiing. I would love to go again for more lessons and practice. If you have skiing experience you can rent the equipment and pay the entry fees and enjoy your day. Employees...

It's a very good place for beginners and for kids/persons wanting to learn how to ski, but advanced skiers will get bored quickly because of a very small number of slopes which are not challenging at all and short. The employees there are very nice and helpful.

Good place to practice skiing near montreal. They provide the ski equipment rental which includes shoes, ski, and helmet without sunglasses. Wait for awhile to get the equipment. They also provide the ski training course which quite a bit short. After the course you can try skiing yourself. They have some slopes to play. Good for beginners as well.
Weekdays are quieter than weekends. Mid-December to late March has best snow coverage.
