Staybridge Suites Calgary Airport (with kids)

Moula and Dalal, both are exceptional hosts and provide top notch customer service. Both made sure everything to do with our stay was 100% enjoyable and needs were meet! Great Job to the both of you. You both deserve to be promoted!

we had a good stay especially after the day we had! the receptionist was very helpful with us getting a room. the rooms were great! The breakfast was great, especially the waffles! highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself may not have been the best, but the customer service definitely made up for it. Rawan at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. She’s the kind of staff you’d expect in a luxury hotel!

We stayed in a two bedroom suite and there was only one a/c unit in one bedroom. The rest of the suite was too hot for our kids and they had a hard time sleeping. We couldn't get our room serviced on a holiday due to staff shortage. The hot tub also was not working for a couple days. I really like the hotel once you are inside. The parking lot was a bit rough and getting to the hotel was hard. The amenities once in the hotel are beautiful. Lots of meeting rooms.
