Sandman Signature Calgary Downtown Hotel (couple trip)

I stayed here 3 years ago and it was a great experience, nice people, clean room and good service, got room upgraded as platinum member and the lounge had varies of drink and snacks, but this time everything changed. Every time I decide to spend a night or two in Calgary, I always choose the Sandman - Downtown. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Calgary, and right across from the lobby is a C-Train platform, making it super easy to explore the rest of the city. Our room was great and clean, but the A/C was quite loud. The room was on the side of the train station. The trains were not very loud but still noticeable. Other than that, the location downtown was great. Parking below the hotel is very convenient and only $6 per day. The hotel lobby was quite small and often crowded with people checking in or out. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was really nice. Got my room on 20th floor and view was great. The amenities provided are good. The room was really clean and spacious. I got the one with a queen size bed. Bath robes were so awesome. Best part was that there’s a safe inside to store valuables.
