I accidentally left a piece of jewelry behind during an event, and when I reached out, they handled everything so quickly and professionally to have it sent back. Yes! 100% I love this place. Firstly, we arrived super early for our conference and for a minimal fee was able to check in at 11am. Within an hour, the hotel had our second room ready to check in. Absolutely amazing stay at this great property! All of restaurant staff were amazing! Our food was delicious & made with care. Irene was especially helpful! Candace and Nicole were wonderful at the front desk, helping with all of our requests and allowing us to check-in early. This property had great rooms, with a nice pool on the 18th floor. I'll definitely be back!
