Homewood Suites by Hilton Calgary Downtown (couple trip)

Nice, big suites, with big windows and sunlight. It's located just beside the Calgary Public Library. Real Canadian Superstore, Winners, Shoppers are just nearby (walking distance). Breakfast is very good with many options.

Nice spacious rooms, great water pressure in the shower, convenient laundry facilities and a great hotel gym. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a frustrating experience with this hotel due to poor coordination, lack of follow-through, and poor customer service. When booking by phone, we clearly explained that a member of our team uses a wheelchair and that we needed a room with a roll-in shower. The staff assured us that such a room would be reserved.
