Just about 5 stars. Restaurant service was on the slower side (staff shortage possibly) but the people were very nice. Food was good and came out quickly once it was ordered. . Rooms in general were great aside from the "hide-a-bed" couch which had a thin and springy mattress. It Allows for 2 more people to sleep in a room but doesn't give them a restful night. I had a wonderful stay here over the past three weeks. The hotel was very clean, well-kept, quiet and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating ensuring a comfortable stay. I especially loved the thoughtful touches for being an IHG member and truly appreciated the upgraded room on my last stay. The on-site restaurant also offers delicious food, which was a great bonus. Overall nice place. Main pool is quite cold and hot tub is sort of small. Location is close to other amenities and the staff were very courteous and nice. One weird issue with billing but it cleared up after a couple days with no further issues one of the most affordable options in High season which is a huge Plus

Great hotel! Do not hesitate to book, very clean, spacious and comfortable updated rooms. We had a lovely view of the city from our room. Pool and gym facilities were also above average. Upgrade for the breakfast. It is worth it - lots of options for adults and kiddos :)

Such a nice, clean hotel with lovely staff. Especially a wonderful woman named Nieves. She made my children feel so special and welcome while we were there with little treats and an adorable towel animal.
